The #2BallChallenge

Welcome to the 2 ball dribbling drills workout known as the 2 Ball Challenge. This 3-minute basketball workout includes basic to advanced 2 ball dribbling drills that are extremely Game-Ready. This ball handling workout may be short in duration, but it's about as intense as trying to ride a skateboard up a mountain. If you score high enough in this workout, you'll have a chance to win a prize (you can find information on this month's prize below the video).


Be certain to perform these drills the same way that Supe performs them in the video. This means that you should always be in an athletic stance (if you are standing straight up, your reps don't count). On all crossovers and between the legs dribbles, get your fingers below your knees. On all V behind-the-back dribbles, get your hands below your butt. All drills need to be performed in a game-like manner.


After completing this challenge, enter your score by clicking the "Add a Workout" link on the left side of your Hoopfolio page. At this point, select the 2-Ball Challenge (listed under free categories) and enter your score. Higher scores will need to be verified (either in-person or on video) before being listed on the Leaderboard.
