What are your shipping and handling methods?
For U.S. orders, packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For Canadian orders, packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, UPS Standard and/or UPS Worldwide Expedited. For all other countries, packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and UPS Worldwide Expedited. Most packages are shipped from our fulfillment center in Dayton, Oregon. We do not use any Saturday/Sunday service options so business days are considered Mondays - Fridays, excluding holidays. At this time we do not ship to Military Bases (APO, FPO, ETC.).
What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping and handling is based on your total weight of your order, and is calculated at the checkout screen for your review before submitting your order. Handling is $3.00 for the first item and $.25 per item for each additional item.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship USPS Worldwide (Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail depending on weight), UPS Standard (Ground) and/or UPS Worldwide Expedited to Canada; USPS Worldwide or UPS to Puerto Rico; and USPS Worldwide and/or UPS Worldwide Expedited to Argentina; Austria; Australia; Aruba; Barbados; Belgium; Bermuda; Brazil; Bahamas; Cayman Islands; Chile; China; Costa Rica; Cyprus; Denmark; Egypt; Finland; Fiji; France; France, Metropolitan; Germany; Greece; Greenland; Guam; Guatemala; Hong Kong; Iceland; Ireland; Israel; Italy; Jamaica; Japan; Korea, Republic of; Kuwait; Luxembourg; Macau; Malawi; Mexico; Monaco; New Caledonia; Netherlands; Netherlands Antilles; New Zealand; Norfolk Island; Norway; Panama; Peru; Papua New Guinea; Philippines; Poland; Portugal; Saudi Arabia; Singapore; South Africa; Spain; Sweden; Switzerland; Taiwan; Thailand; Turkey; Trinidad and Tobago; United Arab Emirates; United Kingdom; US Minor Outlying Islands; Venezuela; and Virgin Islands (U.S.). Shipping and handling is based on your total weight of your order, and is calculated at the checkout screen for your review before submitting your order. Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees, Taxes and other fees associated with importing products for International Orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note we do not have any control over the fees charged to you. Please note if you order multiple items with different shipping dates, we wait until all items are in stock before shipping. However we do not set aside your order in these instances and therefore, some items may sell out prior to your order shipping. If you do not want to take this risk, then we suggest placing orders based on what is in stock.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please contact service@superhandles.com within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Superhandles will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. Superhandles will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened merchandise.
Please note that Superhandles does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
* Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products
* Electronic downloads

If, upon contact, an individual expresses a desire to receive no further contact from the company, these wishes will be respected. We provide our visitors with the choice to have their names removed from any subscription list and removal will be carried out immediately upon request.
We respect the right of our subscribers to control the duration of their subscription to our newsletter. To this end, every issue of our free newsletter will include instructions for unsubscribing.
