The following individualized basketball workouts and training videos have been tailored to whatever your ball-handling level may be (Sections Super A, B, and C are for the 30 level program while Super 1, 2, 3, and 4 are for the 100 level program). The Superhandles evaluation needs to be taken in order to determine your exact level. If you haven't done this, go to the videos page and check out the Superhandles 100 as well as the Superhandles 30. All of the workout levels are determined by the scoring process in the Super 100 and Super 30. Every audio workout that you see on this page features Supe on the microphone, running a player through a workout while hip-hop music is played in the background. These workouts are fun and exciting. Every workout is available in two options: a downloadable audio and video package or a CD and DVD package. The audio in the downloadable package can be put on an iPod, played on your computer, or burned on a CD. The video that comes in this package is a video of Supe doing the specified audio workout (the downloadable version can be viewed on your computer using Quicktime, or put on an iPod). Make sure you pay attention to how Supe does the audio workout, so that when you're doing it, you'll know what to do. The evaluation should be taken every 5 workouts to determine your new level and chart your improvement. If you aren't interested in the evaluation part of Superhandles program, and just want to do the basketball workouts, you can do this too!
