  1. What is the Streaming Version? How will I access my purchase? When you buy the Streaming Version of a program or video, you will be able to access it whenever you are signed in to your account at superhandles.com. You can do this on a desktop computer or a mobile device. After you make a Streaming purchase, you can find the link to your product in the My Streaming section of your account (My Account, My Streaming). Note: You must have High Speed internet to access your streaming product. We recommend that you register for a free account and try out our free resources before purchasing a Streaming product. This will enable you to test the streaming process before making a purchase.
  2. My streaming videos freeze when I try to play them. What should I do? Fast internet is required to play our streaming videos. Here are a few things that will help: 1After pressing play, pause the video and let it load for a few minutes. Then press play again. Check to make sure that you are using an up-to-date browser. If you aren't, download the newest version. 3Completely close your browser, clear the cache, and reopen.  4Try a different browser.
  3. What is Hoopfolio? Hoopfolio is our social network for basketball players. You can register for free, sign in, click Hoopfolio, and start getting social!
  4. How do I access Superhandles University? Log in, click My Streaming, and click Superhandles University. At this point, you can navigate through the University by using the drop-down menu. 
  5. I am unable to login on my iPad. Every time I click to sign in, the password box clears and nothing happens. What should I do? You must enable cookies in your browser. This should fix the problem.
